Over the last few months, the team at IT Central Station reached out to ARCON Privileged Access Management customers with one goal: to find out what they really think about their experiences with ARCON.<\/p>\n
As the leading user review platform for enterprise technology solutions<\/a>, we are always on the hunt for user feedback that can help our growing community of tech professionals make future buying decisions for their companies. Dubbed as \u201cThe Yelp of Enterprise Technology\u201d by the Wall Street Journal, we have created a long-standing reputation of offering trusted, current and relevant information about enterprise technology solutions without vendor bias.<\/p>\n To that end, while ARCON allowed us to reach out to their customers, they were not present when their users were providing reviews, nor did they approve the reviews before they were published on our platform. This, as well as our standard triple-authentication process, was to ensure that ARCON users were able to provide their impartial opinions that could best benefit our community.<\/p>\n As we collected this feedback, we discovered that many of the ARCON user reviews<\/a> highlighted similar features that contributed to their positive experiences with this leading privileged identity management tool<\/a>. In this post, we highlight three of the most prevalent themes that has come up among ARCON users, which we hope will help others looking for honest, unbiased tech reviews in their market research.<\/p>\n Ease of Use<\/strong><\/p>\n One major theme that came up in ARCON\u2019s user reviews is how easy it is to use:<\/p>\n \u201cAll technical solutions are being controlled by ARCON. And the main area of improvement here is, we have ease of access. People have password-less access and a need-to-know-basis access whenever they require, when the approvals are in place for access. Previously, all this things were handled manually in the environment. Even during that time, it was very easy for us to move this application and database from on-premise to cloud, as well as configure new things, such as load balancing. He may not know the different passwords of the different servers. That person will log in to this solution using his domain ID and password and he will get access to the servers he is managing.
