Anil Bhandari is an inspired innovator, technologist and thought leader in Information Risk Management.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Anil’s area of interest has always been Enterprise-wide Risk Management. Anil started his career as a management consultant, serving in many sectors which ranged from engineering to commodities and from healthcare to IT/ITES. Besides, he also led several M&A and Due Diligence teams on behalf of clients spanning several industry verticals, especially in the EU (European Union) region.

Thanks to his in-depth experience of assessing risks for data centers, networks, varied technology platforms and core IT processes, Anil possesses intensive knowledge in the Information Security and GRC domains. The knowledge acquired over the years has helped him to consult large enterprises looking to implement innovative solutions in Cyber Security and the best practices for critical functions such as BCP/ DR. He has persistently contributed to several associations and forums and has been a part of various national and international committees that focus on technology risk management and internal audit.

Having contributed as an honorary advisor to regulators on matters pertaining to risk and compliance, Anil is now regarded as a thought leader in the Information Risk Management, Internal Audits, Regulatory Compliances, Forensic, and IT/ Cyber Security space. Anil has been serving as a Chief Mentor since the Company was founded in 2006. In ARCON, he mentors a large team of software engineers and product managers for product innovation and technology roadmaps.

Discussions and strategizing with the product development team to build robust risk control solutions that mitigate Information Security related challenges emerging in the digital sphere dominates his packed work schedule.

Sanjay Khanna is the Chief Operating Officer at ARCON, overseeing global operations with a focus on scalable growth, client success, and execution excellence. With over 20 years of experience in banking technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, he brings strategic foresight and operational depth to the leadership team. Before ARCON, Sanjay held C-level roles at RakBank, Deutsche Bank, and ICICI Bank, where he led large-scale programs in identity and access governance, cloud transformation, and compliance across global teams. At ARCON, he is instrumental in strengthening delivery and support frameworks, aligning innovation with client needs, and driving internal governance and partner engagement. His leadership continues to shape high-performing, resilient teams that support the company’s expanding cybersecurity portfolio.

Shiv Kumar Saluja

I specialize in aligning business strategy with operational execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a focus on sustainable growth for both clients and organizations. Throughout my career, I’ve excelled at optimizing delivery frameworks to meet business goals while enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction. By implementing scalable solutions and fostering continuous improvement, I’ve driven agility within organizations, enabling teams to adapt to evolving market demands.

My ability to build and lead cross-functional teams has been essential in achieving seamless collaboration and success in complex, high-stakes environments. Harshavardhan Lale

As the head of our customer success organisations, Harsh leads a team of customer success managers, technical account managers and technical support engineers focussing on customer adoption. He guides strategic decisions that impact the customer experience to drive ARCON’s long-term growth. Harsh is an expert at building motivated and productive teams, he brings more than 25 years of leadership and Customer Success experience.

Harsh is a qualified Technocrat with Management qualification and is a seasoned senior IT professional, having a rich and fast track growth record in the areas of customer success, consulting, setting up new lines of business across geographies, Project delivery and Program Management across the globe. Harsh is deeply passionate about customer centricity and is focussed on relationship management. Prior to ARCON, Harsh has played deep customer centric leadership roles, with marquee organisations like Seclore, PwC, EY, KPMG, etc.

Harsh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Nagpur University, Master’s Degree in IT from Submiosis Centre for IT and a Certificate in International Business from Griffith University, Australia. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and completed ITIL V 3, CCNA 2.0 and MCP certifications.

Vinode Singh Ujlain

Joined ARCON in Jan 2021 An Indian Navy veteran (1982–2011) with strong academic, techno-managerial experience blending R&D, operations & strategic planning. Posses a creative outlook & thrive on solving technological challenges.

Post premature retirement from Navy, held senior corporate roles in automotive embedded systems, semiconductor , aerospace market research, smart city & smart power management systems.

Demonstrated expertise in Systems Engineering, design, development & life cycle management of complex distributed, fault-tolerant, mission-critical systems. Strong in Linux internals , Database engineering, IoT/M2M, embedded systems, sensor-weapon integration and radio & radar engineering. Largely a solo contributer. Self taught (yet learning) , keen Pythonista & view python as viable option to solve any problem statement. Self-driven, with a “do PoC first” mindset. Passionate about Python/Linux ecosystems.
